The little man wears our Red Indian Headdress - 90cm
Do you remember when you were young? I guess you do. When I look back at my childhood I used to play ´Cowboy vs. native American´ with my friends whenever we had the chance to. I remember that I always wanted to be a proud native American as I admired them for their grace and attitude. My mum got me a beautiful Indian headdress that meant the world to me. Because whenever I put on my native American headdress I felt like doing a transformation from a young boy into an brave native American warrior. I believe this was the time when my fascination for the native American culture started and when I became older I wanted to learn more about their history. I was and am still fascinated by their view towards Mother Nature and how they only understand themselves as a just an insignificant part of this world. How they cherished every single tree for it´s highly appreciated resource to be used to produce medicine, used as material to built a home or simply admired them as a symbol for permanence.
Now that I am a parent myself I bought my little boy a beautiful Indian headdress from Novum Crafts. I hope that when he´s growing older he will question the culture behind it and that I can arouse his interest in a culture that should never be forgotten.
