The little man wears our Red Indian Headdress - 90cm
Do you remember when you were young? I guess you do. When I look back at my childhood I used to play ´Cowboys and Indians´ with my friends whenever we had the chance to. I remember that I always wanted to be a proud Native American as I admired them for their grace and attitude.
My mom got me a beautiful Indian headdress that meant the world to me. Because whenever I put on my headdress, I felt like doing a transformation from a young boy into a brave Native American warrior. I believe this was the time when my fascination for the Native American culture started and when I became older I wanted to learn more about their history. I was and I am still fascinated by their view towards Mother Nature and how they only saw themselves as an insignificant part of this world. I am in awe of how they cherished every single tree for it´s highly appreciated resource to be used to produce medicine and building materials and to be simply admired as a symbol of permanence.
Now that I am a parent myself I bought my little boy a beautiful Indian headdress from Novum Crafts. I hope that when he grows older, he will question the culture behind it and that I can rouse his interest in a culture that should never be forgotten.
